1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging and tags intact.
- Items such as personal care, perishables, or customized products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
2. Return Request Timeline
- You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product if it is damaged or defective.
- Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.
As we will not provide any replacement or exchange, if you received any damaged or defective products, you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request. Once we approve the return, you should send back the product to the address from which it came to process the refund.
3. Return Process
- Email us at sagarkumardwiwedi6@gmail.com with your order details, images of the issue, and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, we will guide you on the return shipping process.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was delivered in a defective/damaged condition.
4. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, and the return policy will apply.
